Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the gear.
